SOLD: Direct from the 1970s, these bad boys have volume AND tone controls on each can and hanging on your wall, they’re a site to behold! As you can imagine, 40-some years can take a toll on headphones, but after a little cleaning and disposal of the electronics that were held together with little more than hope, these headphones are ready to hold your treasured items. Use them to hang your favorite ‘working’ headphones; near the front door to catch keys; in the kitchen or powder room for hand towels; in your dressing room for jewelry; or perhaps in your studio or office. (These are not the type of hooks that would accommodate heavy coats.)
Anyone remember Musicland? They sold music at the Malls and hit their stride in the 80s when kids and young adults would peruse the aisles picking up the biggest hits of the day.
Each Headphone Hook measures approx. 11″ from the very top of the (partial) headband to the bottom of the hook. Each has a metal keyhole hanger and a reclaimed metal hook attached to the back. These headphones are in excellent vintage condition. The original ear pads (also in excellent condition) are attached and provide a nice buffer to protect the wall.
